Return Policy

At Muri, we want you to feel good about what you choose. Please review our return policy below:

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After 7 days, you will be eligible for a store credit for the next 14 days. Store credit can be redeemed toward any other item in our shop. We do not accept returns past the 21 days after delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • As a small business, we have to be vigilant about the conditions of returned pieces. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition- items are stained, have odors, used or washed. 

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at shopmuriclothing@gmail.com within 7-21 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item and, upon receipt and inspection, a either a refund or store credit code for the value of the returned item.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase at Shop Muri.
